Squares ( default tub for PSP X an
higher versions) - Scale 80 - Step
200 - random placemnet mode and
Selection mode.
Fill your image with as much squares
as you like.
Effects - 3d Effects -
Dropshadow - 2 - 2 -100 - 2 - Black
Layers - Merge - Merge all.

layers NOT checked.
Copy and paste as new layer on you

Move to the left.
