This translation is written with PSP13 but can also be made with earlier PSP versions.

01.

Open a new transparent image of 900 x 600 px

Effects - Plugins - Mura's Meister - Cloud

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selection Tool - Rectangle - Custom Selection: 


Open Tube "Mist corinne.vicaire - paysage 17.03.11_01"  Copy and paste into the selection

Selections - Select None

Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flood

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling



 

02.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Fill with the foregroundcolor

Open mask "maske176_sigrid" - Minimize to tray

On your image :Layers - New Mask Layer - From image - maske176_sigrid  - Source Luminance  checked - Invert mask data not checked

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Image - Mirror

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Screen"

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 0 - 0 - 60 - 20 - #000000

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Flip

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Soft Light"

Layers - Arrange - Move Down

Layer Palette - Click on the top layer

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selection Tool - Rectangle - Custom Selection: 

Fill with the foregroundcolor

Selections Select None

Effects - Reflection Effects - Feedback

Deformation tool: Hit the D key of your keyboard to activate.

Pull up top node to the top edge of the image:

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 1 - 1 - 60 - 1 - #000000

Effects - Reflection Effects - Pattern

Deformation tool: Hit the D key of your keyboard to activate.

Pull to the left node to the left edge of the image

Now push the bottom node up till just above the raster:

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 1 - 1 - 60 - 1 - #000000

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Hard Light" and the Layer Opacity to 70
 

 


05.

Open Tube "tube beauty no 928" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Image - Resize - 42% - Resize all layers not checked

Image - Mirror

Move down like this:

Add a drop shadow of choice ( I used 10 - 10 - 30 - 5 - #000000)

If you are using the tube from the materials:

Effects - Plugins - Adjust - Variations - Click once on "Original"- Click once on More Yellow

If you are using a tube of your own pick a color matching your tube

 

06.

Open Tube "hakiad_element7" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move to the left like this:

Layers - Duplicate

Move to the right of the tube, like this:

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Add a drop shadow of choice ( I used 10 - 10 - 30 - 5 - #000000)

 

07.

Set your foregroundcolor to Gradient: Foreground/Background (Corel_06_029) - Style: Linear

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  2 px - Foregroundcolor

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  20 px - #ffffff

Magic Wand Tool - Mode: Shift/Add - Tolerance 0 - Click in the last border

Fill with the gradient

Effects - Atistic Effects - Halftone



Selections - Invert
 
Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 0 - 0 - 60 - 20 - #000000
 
Selections - Select None

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  2 px - Foregroundcolor
 

 

08.

Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and your done!

Optional: I have added a 1px black border
