Set your foregroundcolor to Gradient

Repeats 1 - Invert NOT checked
Fill your image with the gradient

Layers - New Raster Layer
Fill with the white
Open mask "KaraWaveEffects3"
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image

Open tube "Wellen"
- Copy and paste as new layer on
your image
Image - Resize - 115% - Resize all
layers NOT checked
Layers - Duplicate
Move like this:
Check if the opacity of both
layers is 59

Click on the frame layer
Layers - Load/Save Selection - Load
selection from Disc -

before
Hit the delete key of your keyboard
Selections - Select none

If you are using another wave tube,
make your own selection with the
freehandslection tool - Feather 40
Layers - Merge - Merge Down
Repeat the merging down once

Click on the top layer
Open Tube "calguiswavesurf30610" -
Copy and paste as new layer on your
image.
Image - Resize - 80% - Resize all
layers NOT checked.
Repeat the last step.
Move on top of the waves like this:
Freehand selection tool - Feather 40
Make a selection like this:
Edit Copy
Hit the delete key of your keyboard
Layers - New Raster Layer
Edit - Paste - Into selection
Selections - Select None
Set the layer opacity to 40
Layers - Merge - Merge Down
It looks like this now:

Open Tube "calguiswavesurf30610" -
Copy the selected part and paste as
new layer on your image.
Move to the right like this:
Layers - Arrange - Move Down
Repeat the last step twice
Set the layer opacity to 75.
It should look like this now:

Set your Gradient to these settings:
Click on the top layer
Layers - New Raster Layer
Fill with the gradient.
Open Mask "cd8worisch016"
Layers - New Mask Layer -
cd8worisch016 - Same settings but
uncheck invert
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Set the Blendmode of this layer to
Soft Light
Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy5 -
