Preparations:

• Double Click on the Eye Candy Presets, they will be imported automatically

• Copy the gradient file to the Gradient folder of PSP

• Download Preset Emboss3 HERE - Copy it to the Preset folder of PSP

Open the alpha selection image:"skyline-alpha-regis"

Window - Duplicate (or shift/D) - Close the original and proceed on the copy

Set your foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) - Style: Linear - Angle 45  - Repeats 2 - Invert not checked

Fill the image with the gradient

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 30

Selections - Select all

Open Tube "karine_dreams_jewels_women_1835_juliett_2011" - Edit - Copy

On your work image  - Edit - Paste into  selection

Selections - Select None

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling - Default settings

Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur

 

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited - VM  - Lightsplash - Default

Layers - Duplicate

Effects - Plugins - Mock - Bevel - Default (31)

Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory A -  Weave

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Quick tile

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Top Left Mirror

Effects - Plugins - Photo Effex - Scanlines

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Effects - Plugins - Redfields - Ripple Magic - Default

Open Tube "Cityscap_and_skyline_brushes_by_cluddy_5"

Edit - Copy

On your work image  - Edit  - Paste as new layer

Do not move

Image - Negative Image

Effects - User Defined Filter - Preset Emboss_3

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Hard Light" and the Layer Opacity to 50

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 2 - 4 - 40 - 15 - #000000

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from Alpha Channel - skyline-regis

Hit the delete key of your keyboard 3 or 4 times

Keep selected

Layer Palette - Click on the Bottom layer

Hit the delete key of your keyboard once

Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge All

It looks like this now:

Layers - New Raster Layer

Set your foregroundcolor to #ffffff and to Fading White Gradient (Corel_06_028) - Style: Linear - Angle 0  - Repeats 0 - Invert not checked

Fill your image with the gradient

Effects - Geometric Effects - Circle

Effects - Plugins - Toadies - What are you?  - Default

Effects - User Defined Filter - Preset Emboss_3

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to "Soft Light" and the Layer Opacity to 60

 

   06.

Open Tube "deko-skyline-regis" - Edit - Copy

On your work image  - Edit  - Paste as new layer

Move to the top like this:

Layers - Arrange - Move Down

Layer Palette - Click on the Bottom layer

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from Alpha Channel - skyline1-regis

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 - Texture - Swirl -  Settings Tab: Preset skyline-swirl-regis

Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flood:

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from Alpha Channel - skyline2-regis

Hit the delete key of your keyboard

Fill with #ddced3

Effects - Plugins - Photo Effex - Scanlines

Keep selected

Selections - Select None

Open Tube "deko1-skyline-regis" - Edit - Copy

On your work image  - Edit  - Paste as new layer

Open Wordart Tube "text-skyline-regis" - Edit - Copy

On your work image  - Edit  - Paste as new layer

Move up like this:

Layers - Duplicate

Image Flip

Move up like this:

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Soft Light"

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Clarity - Default settings

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked  - 1 px - #1e2933

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked  -50 px - #ffffff

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked  - 1 px - #1e2933

Image - Resize - Width 800 Pixels - Resize all layers checked

 

12.

Open Tube "calguisstatueerotic3112011" - Edit - Copy

On your work image  - Edit  - Paste as new layer

Image - Resize - 55% - Resize all layers not checked

Move to the right bottom corner like this:

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize - Hue 0 - Saturation 0

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 4 - 6 - 50 - 20 - #000000

 

13.

Layers - Merge - Merge all

Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and you're done!
