Fill your image with the gradient.
Layers - New Raster Layer

Open Tube
1-162-bibiche - Copy and paste into
selection.
Selections - Select None
Set the Blend Mode of this layer to
Soft Light
Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools -
Metallic Emboss - Default settings
Repeat the plugin.
Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur -
Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools -
Blend Emboss - Default settings

Fill with the foregroundcolor
Open mask

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image

- Source Luminance checked -
Invert mask data

Selections - Load/Save selection -
Load selection from disc -
nightwalk_regis - replace selection
and source luminance checked.
Layers - New raster layer.
Go back to
tube
pont-neuf - deselect - now select
this part:
Edit - Copy
On your image - Edit - Paste - Paste
into selection
Selections - Select None
Set the Blend Mode to Soft Light
Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools -
Blend Emboss - Default settings

Open tube
text-regis - Copy and paste as new
layer on your image.
Move to the left top of the image:
Layers - Duplicate
Click on the original text layer
Adjust - Blur Gaussian Blur 10
Set he Blend mode to screen and the
Layer opacity to 70

Open tube

and paste as new layer on your
image.
Image - Resize - 90% - Resize all
layers NOT checked.
Move to the left.
Effects - 3D Effects

Click on the original tube layer

frames in total
Click in the first
frame
Edit - Select All
Open in AS

Edit - Select All
Edit - Copy
Go to your image
Click with your
right mouse button
in the first frame
and select paste
into selected frame
with your left mouse
button.'
The Blinkie
animation is now "Hanging"
at you mouse - Click
with the left mouse
button on the light
of the left lantern
in your image
Do the same with the
right lantern
Animation - Frame
Properties - 30
Click on the View
animation button to
see if the animation
looks right
The lanterns should
look like this:
Close the preview
screen, save as Gif
file and your done!
