750 x 550 pixels.
Light foregroundcolor
#5ba8ce Dark backgroundcolor
#001a31 or if you are using a tube
of your own, pick two colors from
your tube.
Fill the image with the dark color.
Foregroundcolor to gradient -
Sunburst - Repeats 1 - Horizontal 50 - Vertical
50 - Link centre and focalpoint
checked.
Layers - New Raster Layer
Fill with the gradient
Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting
tiles with these settings:

Selections - Load/Save selection -
Load selection from disc -beauty_regis.
Fill with the dark color.
Selections - Modify - Contract - 2
Fill with the gradient.
Deselect.

you like ( or colorize one) and
place at the band
Click on raster 3 - eraser tool -
erase the inner part of the ring
