Effects - Plugins - Transparency -
Eliminate White
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
Layer Palette - Set the layer
opacity of this layer to 40

Selections - Select All
Open tube "tubes tinnad (30)" - Copy
and paste into selection
Selections - Select None
Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools -
Blend Emboss - Default
Layer Palette - Set the layer

and paste as new layer on your
image.
