your foregroundcolor to Gradient -
Linear Style - Angle 45 -
Repeats 1 - Invert checked.
Open a new image of 700 x 400 px
Fill with the gradient
Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools -
Collage-Linear
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Open
tube "SD
SM DUST 2.png" - Copy and paste as
new layer on your image
Set the Blend Mode of this layer to
Luminance( Legacy) and the layer
opacity to 50%
Effects - Image Effects - Seamless
Tiling:

Open Tube "facewoman13" - Copy and
paste as new layer
Move like this:
Set the Blend Mode of this layer to
Luminance( Legacy) and the layer
opacity to 20%

Edit - Paste as new layer ( Tube is
still in your PSP memory)
Image - Resize - 80% - Resize all
layers not checked.
Move to the right like this:
Layers - Duplicate
Click on the original tube layer
Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur
Repeat the radial Blur

Edit - Copy Special - Copy Merged
Edit - Paste as new Image
Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -
3px - Black
Image - Resize - 80% - Resize all
layers checked - Repeat twice
Image - Mirror
Edit - Copy

Go back to the other image
Edit - Paste as new layer
Image - Free Rotate - Free - 10 -
Left
Move to the left top corner:
Layers - Arrange - Move Down
Effects - Distortion Effects -
Ripple
Set the Layer opacity of this layer
to 55%
Effects - 3D
Effects - Dropshadow - 5 - 5 - 70 -

Click on the top layer
Layers - New Raster Layer
Open "976655Sol002ChipiBrush" - Copy
and paste as new layer on your image
Image - Resize - 80% - Resize all
layers not checked
Move to the left bottom corner:

Open Tube "Flower3e4e_tubedbyelli" -
Copy and paste as new layer on your
image
Image - Resize - 50% - Resize all
layers not checked
Adjust - Hue and Saturation -
Colorize - 22 - 127
Effects - Plugins - Xero - Porcelain
09.
Image - Picture Frame - Edge Smudge
Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -
2px - Black
Add your name or watermark, save as
JPG file and your done.
