Set your foregroundcolor to gradient:
Open a new image of 700 x 500px
Fill with the gradient.
Layers - Duplicate
Effects - Plugins - Filter factory F
- Quadrant Replicate.
Effects - Plugins - Simple -
Diamonds.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 5
Set the layer opacity of this image
to 50.

Layers - New Raster Layer
Selections - Select All
Open Dl_27b - Copy and paste into
selection
Set the Blend Mode of this layer to
Luminance (Legacy) and the layer
opacity to 25

Layers - New Raster Layer
Set your foregroundcolor back to
color and fill with the
foregroundcolor
Open images_1217491254_masques.
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image
- images_1217491254_masques.
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Set the Blend Mode of this layer to
Overlay
Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools -
Blend emboss - Default
Make a copy with Shift/D ( or go to
Window - Duplicate) set aside for
now and go further with the original
image.

Open Tube francfort_orage - Copy and
paste as new layer on your image.
Move to the right top corner.
Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask
from Disc - 20/20
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Set the Blend Mode
of this layer to
Luminance (Legacy)
and the layer
opacity to 71
05.
Click on the bottom layer
Selections - Load/Save selection -
Load selection from disc - npw_sel01.
Effects - Plugins - VM Natural
- Sparkle.
Selections - Select None.

Click on the top layer
Open Maxyran_03_05_10_women238 -
Copy and paste as new layer on your
image.
Image - Mirror
Image - Resize - 80% - Resize all
layers NOT checked.
Effects - Image Effects - Offset
Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow -
0 - 0 - 65 - 25 - Black
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Image - Resize - 90% - Resize all
layers NOT checked.
Go to the duplicated image you made
before
Layers - Merge - Merge All
Effects - Image Effects - Seamless
Tiling :
Edit - Copy
Go back to your image
Edit - Paste as new layer.
Layers - Arrange - Move Down
Image - Mirror

Click on the top layer.
Selections - Select all
Selections - Float
Selections - Defloat
Selections - Modify - Select
Selection borders:
Fill the selection with black
Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge All
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames -
Foto frame:
Add your name or watermark - Save as
