Hit the D key of
your keyboard to
open the
deformation tool
- Pull the tube
to the left en
down, outside
the image. When
your done,
hit any tool to
close the
deformation
tool.
Set the Blend
Mode to
Luminance (Legacy)
and the layer
opacity to 30
It looks like
