Emboss - Default settings.

Set your foregroundcolor to Gradient
with these settings:
Fill with the Gradient.
Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory H
- Alias Blur.
Effects - Edge
Effects - Enhance.
Set the layer
opacity to 75.
Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss
- Default settings.

Fill with your backgroundcolor

Set the layer

Overlay.

Repeat the same
