Layers - Merge - Merge Group

on your image
Magic Wand Tool - Tolerance 0 -
Click in the shadow of the tube
Hit the delete key of your keyboard
Selections - Select None
Click with the Magic Wand tool in
the middle of the frame
Selections - Modify - Expand 2
