Opacity to 85

Open Tube "flylove2" - Copy and paste as new layer on your
image.
Image - Resize - 85% - Resize all

Layers - Duplicate
Layer Palette - Click on the
original tube layer
Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur
Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode
of this layer to "Hard Light" and the Layer
Opacity to 70
Layer Palette - Click on the top
