Set the Blend Mode to Soft Light and
the layer opacity to 85

Set your foregroundcolor to pattern
- Angle 0 - Scale 250
Fill with the pattern
Set the Blend Mode to Soft Light and
the layer opacity to 50

Selections - Select All
Selections - Modify - Contract - 2px
Hit the delete key of your keyboard
Selections - Select none

Layers - New Raster Layer
Pick a nice font and add your name
or text.
Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow -
2 - 2 - 50 - 5 - Black
Set the layer opacity to 75
Layers - Merge - Merge All
Save as JPEG file and your done!
