Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load mask

Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Set the Layer Opacity of this layer
to 40

selection around the dark pink
rectangle:

Copy and paste as new layer on your

Movertool - set the face of the tube
in the selected rectangle
Selections - Invert
Hit the delete key of your keyboard
Selections - Select None
Set the Blend Mode of this layer to
Soft Light
