Open the "c-29" mask file in PSP and minimize to tray

 

Used Colors

Foregroundcolor: #ffffff

Backgroundcolor: #00173c

This translation is written with PSP13 but can also be made with earlier PSP versions.

01.

Open a new transparent image of 900 x 600 px

Fill with the backgroundcolor

Effects - Plugins - L&k SiteOfWonders - L en K Paris

 

02.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Fill with the foregroundcolor

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - c-29

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

 

03.

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror

Layers - Merge - Merge all

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Pizza Slice Mirror

 

04.

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 50

Layers - Merge - Merge all

 

05.

Open Tube "TReagen_2653" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Screen"

 

06.

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  2 px - Foregroundcolor

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  20 px - Backgroundcolor

Edit - Copy

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  50 px - Foregroundcolor

Magic Wand Tool - Mode: Shift/Add - Tolerance 0 - Contiguous checked - Anti Alias Checked -  Click in the last border

Edit - Paste into the selection

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Quick tile

Selections - Select None

 

07.

Layers - Duplicate

Effects - Geometric Effects - Perspective Vertical

 

08.

Open Tube "psp9FEB" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Screen" and the Layer Opacity to 75

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen more

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror

 

09.

Layers - Merge - Merge all

Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flood

 

10.

Open Tube "element_cadre_maxou" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move down like this:

Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flood - Same settings

 

11.

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  2 px - Backgroundcolor

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  20 px - Foregroundcolor

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  40 px - Backgroundcolor

Magic Wand Tool - Mode: Shift/Add - Tolerance 0 - Contiguous checked - Anti Alias Checked -  Click in the last border

Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto frame

Effects - Plugins - L&k SiteOfWonders - L en K Paris

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance More

Selections - Select None

 

12.

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  20 px - Foregroundcolor

Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flood

 

13.

Open Tube "SvB (470) Beauty" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move to the right like this:

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 2 - 25 - 65 - 40 - #000000

 

14.

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  2 px - Backgroundcolor

Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto frame - Change the width option to 30

 

15.

Open Tube "texte_maxou_reflexion" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move like this:

Layers - Merge - Merge all

Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and you're done!
