Mode: Shift/Add - Tolerance

paste as new layer on your image
Selections - Invert
Hit the delete key
of your keyboard
Selections - Select None
Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode
of this layer to "Luminance (Legacy)"
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
