01.

Open a new transparent image of 800 x 500 px

Fill with #a9a9a9

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Select all

Open Image "ial_ms_paper07.jpg" - Copy and paste into the selection

Selections - Select None

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Luminance (Legacy)"

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile tools - Blend Emboss - Default settings

Effects - Plugins -  Graphic Plus - Cross Shadow

 

02.

Open Tube "element1.pspimage" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selection Tool - Rectangle - Custom Selection: 

Fill with #ffffff

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 60

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 10 - 10 - 50 - 5 - #000000

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - Minus 10 - Minus 10 - 50 - 5 - #000000

Selections - Select None

 

03.

Open Tube "element2.pspimage" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

 

04.

Open Tube "element3.pspimage" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move to the top like this:

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Perspective Shadow -  Settings Tab: Dropshadow, Lowest

 

05.

Open Tube "element4.pspimage" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move to the left like this:

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror

 

06.

Open Tube "element5.pspimage" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Open Tube "element6.pspimage" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Layers - New Raster Layer

Change your backgroundcolor to #5c5c5c

Selection Tool - Rectangle - Custom Selection: 

Fill with #5c5c5c

Selections - Modify - Contract - 1 px

Fill with #ffffff

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 60

Set your foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) - Style: Rectangular

Fill the selection with the gradient

Selections - Select None

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 1 - 1 - 30 - 1 - #000000

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - Minus 1 - Minus 1 - 30 - 1 - #000000

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 60

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selection Tool - Rectangle - Custom Selection: 

Fill with #5c5c5c

Selections - Modify - Contract - 1 px

Open Image "754302709" - Copy and paste into the selection

Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Open Tube "element6.pspimage" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Open Tube "element7.pspimage" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move to the right like this:

Open Tube "element8.pspimage" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move to the bottom like this:

Open Tube "element9.pspimage" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move where you like it

 

14.

Open Tube "rand.pspimage" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  1 px - #5c5c5c

Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and you're done!
