01.
Open tube "M.Sandritter_08_T_M_290"
- make a copy with Shift/D and close
the original
Delete raster 2
Image - Resize - 350 PIXELS
high
Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -
1px - Black
Image Add Borders - with these
settings:
Image - Add Borders - Symmetric-
1px - Black
Set aside for now. ( save as psp
file to be sure it will not get lost
if PSP is shutting down on you))
02.
Open a new transparent image of 700
x 550 px
Set your foregroundcolor to Gradient:
Fill your image with the gradient
Layers - New Raster Layer
Selection tool - Custom Selection :
Fill the selection with the
backgroundcolor
Selections - Modify - Contract - 2px
Fill with the gradient
Effects - Plugins - Richard
Rosemmann - ScanLines with
these settings:
Selections - Select None
Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow -
1 - 1 - 54 - 1 - Black
Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow -
Minus 1 - Minus 1 - 54 - 1 - Black

Layers - Duplicate
Image - Flip
Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Go back to the small framed image we
made before - Copy and paste as new
layer on the big image
Image - Resize - 120 % - Resize all
layers NOT checked.
Set the layer opacity of this layer
to 55
Effects - Distortion effects - Polar
Coordinates :

Go back to the small framed image

Undo the last two commands - Copy
and paste as new layer on the big
