This translation is written with PSP13 but can also be made with earlier PSP versions. ****   Foregroundcolor #c7dcf0 Backgroundcolor #587a85 Other colors used: #ffffff - #22424d   01. Open a new transparent image of 1000 x 750 px Set your foregroundcolor to #111819 and fill your image. Set your foregroundcolor to gradient - Style Linear - Angle 0 - Repeats 0 - Invert checked. Fill your image with the gradient. Effects - Mura Meister - Cloud:   02. Layers - New Raster Layer Selections - Load/Save selection - Load selection from disc - ks.rechthoek - Source luminance and Replace selection checked. Open Wallpapers_%20(830) - Copy and paste into selection. Selections - Select None Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize - 129 - 26 Set the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light   03. Layers - New Raster Layer Selections - Load/Save selection - Load selection from disc - ks.puntlijn - Source luminance and Replace selection checked. Fill with White Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear - Flood - Click on the cd with the red arrow  and load the preset  Ks Sweetdreams Selections - Select None. Set the Blend Mode of this layer to Burn and the layer opacity to 75   04. Layers - New Raster Layer Selections - Load/Save selection - Load selection from disc - ks.puntlijn1 - Source luminance and Replace selection checked. Fill with White Selections - Select None. Set the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.   05. Open SS-289 - Copy and paste as new layer on your image. Image - Resize - 80 % - Resize all layers NOT checked. Move to the right bottom of the image: Effects - Edge effects - Enhance Set the Blend mode to Luminance (Legacy) and the layer opacity to 30   06. Open heavenlyclouds - Copy and paste as new layer on your image. Move above the boat tube Layers - Duplicate Image - Mirror Layers - Duplicate Effects - Image Effects - Offset Set the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance ( Legacy)   07. Open tube Nuage- Copy and paste as new layer on your image. Move between the boat and the cloud Layer duplicate Move to the left top corner Open wolk cloud - Copy and paste as new layer on your image. Move between the other clouds and a little above It should look like this now: Layers - Merge - Merge All (flatten) ( if you happen to see a stripe from the edge of the wallpaperlayer let it be, you will not see it later in the turorial)   08. Open tube Kittys.SweetDreams -  Copy and paste as new layer on your image. Move to the top. Layers - New Raster Layer Set your foregroundcolor to #22424d Open brush KS-mand. File - Export - Custom Brush - give it a name and click ok. Paint Brush  Tool - Look for the brush you just have exported: Click twice under the girl tube Layers - Arrange  - Move Down Layers - Merge - Merge Down Effects - Eye Candy  - Perspective shadow - preset Ks_sweet dreams ( \Click on  the Settings tab - next on Manage - Import -  Ks_sweet dreams ) Layers - Merge - Merge Visible   09. Layers - New Raster Layer Open brush KS-balon1. File - Export - Custom Brush - give it a name and click ok. Paint Brush  Tool - Look for the brush you just have exported: Click twice (same spot) in the right top corner Layers - New raster Layer Click twice  (same spot) in the left top corner: Layers - Merge - Merge Down   10. Layers - New Raster Layer Set your foregroundcolor to white Paint Brush  Tool - set the size to 95 Click twice  (same spot) in the right top corner Layers - New raster Layer Click twice  (same spot) in the left top corner: Layers - Merge - Merge Down Again - Layers - Merge - Merge Down Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow - 4 - 4 - 100 - 20 - #202020   11. Open beach-sdh - Copy and paste as new layer on  your image. Move to the left bottom corner Freehand selection tool Make a selection like this: Hit the delete key of your keyboard. Selections - Select None Layers - merge - visible   12.   Image - Resize: Magic Wand Tool - click in the transparent part of the image Set your foregroundcolor to white and you background color to #22424d Set your foregroundcolor to gradient with these settings: Fill the selection with the gradient. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel - selections - Select None Layers - Merge - Merge all   13. Edit - Copy Go to the image you set aside: Effects - Plugins - Mirror Rave - Quadrant Flip - Default. Edit paste as new layer ( the image is still in your PSP memory) Image - Resize - 80% - Resize all layer NOT checked! Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow - 4 - 4 - 100 - 20 - #000000 Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow - Minus 4 - Minus 4 - 100 - 20 - #000000   14. image - Add Borders - Symmetric - 2px - White Effects - Plugins - AA Filters -  Transparent Frame Effects - Plugins - AA Filters -  Transparent Frame   15. Open tube wordArt - Copy and paste as new layer on your image. Move to the left. Layers - Merge - Merge all. Image - Resize: Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and your done.
