Preparations:
Double Click on the Eye Candy Presets,
they will be imported automatically
Copy the Corel 28_015
pattern file to the pattern folder of PSP ( first look if you already
have it, most PSP versions have it standard, also named Floral22)
Open the Brush "skyline_brushes_by_hawksmont_13" in PSP and import as
custom brush ( File - Import - Custom Brush)
Copy the selection files to the selection folder of PSP

Backgroundcolor:

Other: #d14a4e, #55090a, #000000

written with PSP13
but can also be made
with earlier PSP

Freehand selection tool - select a
flower - Copy and paste as new layer
on your image
Move
to a nice place.
Go
back to the tube, select another
flower and paste on your image. Do
this a couple if times, resize some
, mirrore some until it looks
something like this:
