Open a new transparent image of 650 x 650 pixels Fill with color #d6dec6. Effects - Filters Unlimited 2.0  - Paper Textures           02. Selections - Select all. Layers  - New Raster Layer         In the zip you have found an image  called"plaatje bewerken' Open in PSP  - Edit - Copy. On your   image - Edit - Paste into Selection. Deselect. 03.Effects - Distortion Effects - Polar Coordinates: 04. Image - Flip. Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Colorize 05. Tube Green - Edit  - Paste As New layer  - If your tube is not in the middle of the circle move it. Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - Default settings. Layers - Merge Layer Down   06. Effects - Pluginns - Xero - Ultraviolet 07. Layers - Merge Layer Down. Selection  - Select All  Layer  - New Raster Layer. 08. Tube MD Jewel. Copy and paste into selection. Deselect Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize 56- 59 09. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow - 3 - 3 -50- 7 - Black. Repeat wit -3. Merge Layer Down. 10. Tube Weekend. Copy and paste as new layer. Image  - Resize 50 % Merge all layers NOT checked. Repeat with 80 %. Image Free Rotate - right - 90 - no options checked. 11. Move the tube to the left corner. Layers -  Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Layers -  Duplicate. Image  - flip. Layers -  Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Lock the opacity of the backgroundlayer and merge the other layer visible. Make the backgoundlayer visible again. 12. Effects - Distortion Effects -Displacement Map.   13  Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize 56- 59\ 14. Image - Add Borders - symmetric - 2 -  Color #657348 15. Image - Add Borders - symmetric - 4-  Color #d6dec6 16. Image - Add Borders - symmetric - 2 -  Color #657348 17. Magic Wand Tool - select the middle 4 pixels border. Effects - Graphics Plus - Quick Tile  2 - Default settings. Deselect 18. Effects - Pluginns - Xero - Porcelain - Default settings. 19 Layers  - New Raster Layer - add your name or watermark 20. Export  as Jpeg file. 21. If you want to make the animation; Edit - Copy. 22. Open Animation Shop. 23. Edit  - Paste as new animation. 24. Open the B24 -Ster Animation. As you see this star has three frames.  25. Edit - Select all. Edit - Copy 26. Go to the image you made. You have to make here three frames also. Edit  - Duplicate selected. repeat. It has also 3 frames now. 27 Edit - Select all. Click with your right mouse button in the middle of the work - paste into the selected frame. add a star on one of the circles of the round frame, now repeat in every visible circle, like this; 28.Animation  - Frame properties - 18 29.
