Open the Channel Tuning font and
minimize for now.

Other colors used: #276780
This translation is
written with PSP13
but can also be made
with earlier PSP
versions.

Open a new transparent image of 750
x 500 px
Selections - Select All
Open " Pear of Light" - Copy and
paste into selection.
Adjust - Hue and saturation -
Colorize - 139 - 136
Selections - Select None
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 15

Set your foreground color to
Gradient - Linear Style - Angle 40 -
Repeats - 1 - Invert checked.
Layers - New Raster Layer
Paint - Brush Tool - agi_tx_old
paper
Stamp once on the left side if the
image and once of the right side of
the image
Click on the D key of your keyboard
and pull the brush a little down:

selection like this:
Fill with the gradient

part which are
sticking out ( if
you do not have this
skip this part)

hit the delete key
of your keyboard.

Click on the top

Layers - Merge -
Merge Down
Go
back to the Tube CM_tattoo_BlkBarbwire
arm - Copy and paste
as new layer on your
image
Move
to the bottom of the
image
Layers - Arrange -
Move Down
