Preparations:

Copy the selection files to the selection folder of PSP

Double click on the font (ttf) to open. Minimize to tray, you can use it now in PSP.

Note: If you are using PSP13 in combination with Windows 7 you need to copy the font to the Font folder of windows.

 

Used Colors

Foregroundcolor: #dbedf3

Backgroundcolor: #ffffff

Other: #739d9f, #3f3f3f, #487273

This translation is written with PSP13 but can also be made with earlier PSP versions.

01.

Open a new transparent image of 450 x 180 px

Set your foregroundcolor to gradient - Style: Linear - Angle 0  - Repeats 1 - Invert not checked

Fill your image with the gradient

Layers - Duplicate

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited - *v* Kiwi’s Oelfilter

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Multiply" and the Layer Opacity to 45

Layers - Merge - Merge all

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  1 px - #ffffff

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  3 px - #dbedf3

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  1 px - #ffffff

Rename this layer: Edge

Minimize this image for now ( I saved as PSP file in case PSP shuts down or something)

 

02.

Change your foregroundcolor to color and to #739d9f

Open a new transparent image of 730 x 510 px

 Set your foregroundcolor to gradient - Style: Radial

Fill your image with the gradient

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 17

Layers - Duplicate

 

03.

Go back to the Edge image you made before - Edit - Copy - Minimize again you need it later

Go to the bigger image - Edit - Paste as new Layer

Effects - Distortion Effects - Polar Coordinates

 

Move to the top like this:

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen More

Magic Wand Tool - Mode: Shift/Add - Tolerance 0 - Click in the bottom pat of the image

Layer Palette - Click on layer : Copy of raster 1

Effects - Texture Effects - Fur

Selections - Select None

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 75

Layer Palette - Click on the top layer

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 27

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 5 - 5 - 85 - 15 - #3f3f3f

 

04.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - Ädviser Selection"

Fill the selection with #ffffff

Selections - Select None

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds - Color #739d9f

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Multiply"

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited -  Toadies - What Are You?

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 3 - 3 - 85 - 1 - #739d9f 

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 65

 

 05.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - Ädviser Selection" - same settings

Fill the selection with #ffffff

Selections - Select None

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds - Color #739d9f - same settings as before

Effects - Geometric Effects - Circle

Move to the left like this:

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 3 - 3 - 85 - 1 - #739d9f 

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 65

 

 06.

Go back to the Edge image you made before - Edit - Copy - Minimize again you need it later

Go to the bigger image - Edit - Paste as new Layer

Effects - Plugins - Mura's Meister - Pole Transform

Image - Mirror

Move like this:

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 44

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 7 - 7 - 85 - 2 - #739d9f

 

07.

Go back to the Edge image you made before - Edit - Copy

Go to the bigger image - Edit - Paste as new Layer

Move like this:

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 7 - 7 - 85 - 2 - #739d9f

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 70

 

08.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selection Tool - Rectangle

Make a selection like this:

Fill with #ffffff

Selections - Select None

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds - Color #739d9f

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 2 - 2 - 85 - 1 - #739d9f

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - Minus 2 - Minus 2 - 85 - 1 - #739d9f

Effects - Plugins - Mura's Meister - Copies - Backgroundcolor #739d9f

 

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 70

 

09.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Rectangle Tool - Linestyle: Dot

Foregroundcolor to White, Backgroundcolor locked.

Draw a rectangle like this.

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 1 - 1 - 85 - 1 - #3f3f3f

 

10.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Rectangle Tool - Same settings

Set your foregroundcolor to #739d9f, Backgroundcolor locked

Make a rectangle like this:

Selection Tool - Rectangle

Make a selection like this

Hit the delete key of your keyboard

Selections - Select None

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Multiply" and the Layer Opacity to 80 

It will look like this now:

 

11.

Open Tube "Lady-Tube-Adv" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move like this:

 

 Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - Minus 20 - Minus 30 - 85 - 73 - #739d9f

 

12.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Rectangle Tool - Same settings

Set your foregroundcolor to #739d9f, Backgroundcolor locked

Make a rectangle like this:

 Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 1 - 6 - 85 - 1 - #739d9f

 Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Multiply" and the Layer Opacity to 80 

 

13.

Text Tool - Font 911 Porscha - Size 72 - Units: Pixels - Stroke Width 1 - Create as: Vector

Set your foregroundcolor to #739d9f, Backgroundcolor locked

Type : Adviser or your own text.

Layers - Convert to Raster Layer

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 1 - 1 - 85 - 1 - #3f3f3f

Move to the bottom like this:

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Layers - Merge - Merge all

Edit - Copy

 

14.

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  1 px - #739d9f

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  45 px - #ffffff

Magic Wand Tool - Mode: Shift/Add - Tolerance 0 - Click in the last border

Edit - Paste into the selection

 Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave

 

Selections - Defloat

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited -  MuRa's Seamless - Shift at Wave - Default settings

Effects - Plugins - Adjust - Variations - Click once on "Original"- Click  twice  on "Darker"

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile tools - Blend Emboss"with these settings

Effects - Texture Effects - Weave

 

Selections - Invert

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 1 - 0 - 75 - 2 - #487273

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - Minus 1 - 0 - 75 - 2 - #487273

Selections - Invert

Effects - Plugins - Namesuppressed - Softener - Presets - Click on Open - Click on Dark and Mody

Selections - Invert

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Porcelain

 Selections - Select None

 

15.

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  1 px - #dbedf3

Layers - Duplicate

Effects - Plugins - Namesuppressed - Softener - Presets - Click on Open - Dark and Mody

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 45

Layers - Merge - Merge all

Resize if you want to

If so go after resizing to - Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp Mask

 

16.

Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and your done!

Optional: I have add a 1px black border
