written with PSP13
but can also be made
with earlier PSP
versions.

01.
Open a new image of 800 x 600 px
Set your foregroundcolor to gradient
- Liniear style - Angle 45 - Repeats
0 - Invert checked.
Fill your image with the gradient.
Layers - Duplicate
Effects - Plugins - Flaming Pear
Pixel Trash
(note: if you are using different
colors the outcome will be
different...make sure you use a very
dark and a light color!)
Freehand selection tool -
Point to point - Mode to Shift/Add -
Select these parts
Effects - Plugins - Penta.com
- Color Dot
Selections - Invert
Effects - Plugins - Penta.com

Dot and Cross
Selections - Select None
02.
Open Mask "la_maske-24"
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
03.
Open - Tube "la_ball_variante" -
Copy and paste as new layer on your
image
Set the Blend Mode to Luminance and
move like this:

Open " DragonBluWordArt_Set01[1]" -
Copy the active layer and paste as
new layer on your image
Move to the left top corner and set
the Blend Mode to Soft light:

Open Tube "element_for_sale" - Copy
and paste as new layer on your image
Open Tube "ornement" - Copy and
paste as new layer on your image
Image - Resize - 115% - Resize all
layers NOT checked.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Move like this:
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Edit - Copy

Image - Resize 90% - Resize all
layers NOT checked
Magic
Wand Tool - Tolerance 100 - Click in
the transparent part
Layers - New Raster Layer
Edit
- Paste into selection
Selections - Select None
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames -
Foto frame:
Effects - Plugins - AAA Filters -
Blender
07.
Open Tube "Maxyran_05_08_10
Women277" - Copy and paste as new
layer on your image
Move to the right:
Effects -3D Effects -
Dropshadow - Minus 11 - 4 - 50 - 5 -
Black
Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -
2px - Color #512b3f
Add your name or watermark, save as
JPG and your done.
