Fill with the backgroundcolor
Open Sg_stripe-ribbon.
Layers - New Mask Layer - From image

luminance and Invert mask data
checked.

Minimize to tray for now.

new layer on your image.
Move to the right top:

Image - Mirror.
Layers - Merge - Merge Down.

color again.
Swap colors

Text Tool - Font: Creaminal - Size:

Floating.
Type Vestida de Agua or another text
and move to the top:
