Preparations:

Copy the texture "fancy" file to the Textures folder of PSP

 

Used Colors

Foregroundcolor: #bbac8d

Backgroundcolor: #ffffff

Other: #1b2c43, #b5bccb

This translation is written with PSP13 but can also be made with earlier PSP versions.

01.

Open a new transparent image of 800 x 600 px

Open Image "Snoeflake_bg" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Effects - Plugins - Adjust - Variations - Click once on "Original"- Click once on "More Yellow" and once on "Lighter

Layers - Arrange - Move Down

 

02.

Layer Palette - Click on the top layer

Set your foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) - Style: Linear

Fill your image with the Gradient

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Effects - Distortion Effects - Twirl - 200°

Effects - Plugins - Backgrounds Maniac - Coarsed Embroidery

Effects - Geometric Effects - Perspective Horizontal

Image - Resize - 50% - Resize all layers not checked

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 - Nature - Snowdrift -  Settings Tab "" Preset: "Dusting Light" - Default setiings

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - Minus 3  - Minus 1  - 30 - 25 - #000000

Your work should look like this now:

 

03.

Open Tube "Snoeflake_tree2" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Image - Resize - 75% - Resize all layers not checked

You do not have to move it.

Effects - Plugins - Adjust - Variations - Click once on "Original"- Click once on "More Yellow" and once on "Lighter

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 3  - 2  - 40 - 30 - #000000

 

04.

Open Tube "1Patries_DR139-Black horse running-17-8-09.psp" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Image - Resize - 80% - Resize all layers not checked

Image - Mirror

Move like this:

Layers - Arrange - Move Down - Repeat once ( the horse should be behind the fence now)

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 3  - 2  - 60 - 30 - #000000

 

05.

Layer Palette - Click on the top layer

Open Tube "sneeuw.pspimage" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Layers - Arrange - Move Down

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Edit Copy

 

06.

Open Tube "Sstyle_SummerBreeze_PhotoBorder.png"

Window - Duplicate (or shift/D) - Close the original and proceed on the copy

Image - Resize - 120% - Resize all layers checked

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Magic Wand Tool - Mode: Shift/Add - Tolerance 0 - Contiguous checked - Anti Alias Checked -  Click in the middle of the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand - 3px

Layers - New Raster Layer

Edit - Paste into the selection (your work image is in your PSP memory)

Selections - Select None

Layers - Arrange - Move Down

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Edit - Copy
 

 

07.

Open a new transparent image of 800 x 600 px

Edit - Paste as new layer

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

 

08.

Layer Palette - Click on the Bottom layer

Selections - Select all

Open image "Sstyle_WinterDays_Paper_1.png" - Copy and paste into the selection

Keep selected

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 47

 

09.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Go back to Image "Snoeflake_bg.jpg" - Copy and paste into the selection

Selections - Select None

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 85

 

10.

Open Tube "blitz" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 1 - 1 - 20 - 10 - #000000

Your work should look like this now:

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

 

11.

Open Tube "flyingswan2 copy.png" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Image - Resize - 17% - Resize all layers not checked

Image - Mirror

Image - Free Rotate - Free

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 3 - 2 - 60 - 30 - #000000

 

 

12.

Open Tube "wordart winter" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Image - Resize - 60% - Resize all layers not checked

Move like this

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 1 - 0 - 30 - 5 - #000000

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

 

 

13.

Open Tube "GS_Winter Magic_Add OnBow.png" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Image - Resize - 30% - Resize all layers not checked

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Move like this:

Layers - Merge - Merge all

 

14.

Set your foregroundcolor to #1b2c43 and your backgroundcolor to #b5bccb

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  35 px - #ffffff

Effects - Plugins -  Graphic Plus - Cross Shadow - default settings

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds - Color #ffffff

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen more

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen more

Effects - Texture Effects - Texture - Fancy:

Selections - Invert

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 3 - 2 - 80 - 20 - #000000

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - Minus 3 - Minus 2 - 80 - 20 - #000000

Selections - Select None

 

15.

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  1 px - #1b2c43

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  40 px - #ffffff

Magic Wand Tool - Mode: Shift/Add - Tolerance 0 - Contiguous checked - Anti Alias Checked -  Click in the last border

Fill with the gradient

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Effects - Plugins Unlimited 2.0 - Toadies - What are you? - Default settings

Selections - Invert

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 3 - 3 - 80 - 20 - #000000

Selections - Select None

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  1 px - #000000

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

 

16.

Open Tube "milla_WP_5.png" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move like this:

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 3 - 2 - 80 - 50 - #000000

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Add your name or watermark

 

17.

Image - Resize - Width 700 Pixels - Resize all layers checked

Open Tube "Freebie_Noel_Nanly_35" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Image - Resize - 45% - Resize all layers not checked

Move like this:

 

 

18.

THE ANIMATION

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex2 - Constellation - Settings tab: Click on "reset to factory default" and next on "Lots of stars"

with these settings:

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 1 - 2 - 40 - 20 - #000000

Edit - Copy Special - Copy merged (only available from PSP 12 and higher, otherwise merge visible - Edit Copy)

 

19.

Go to Animation Shop (From now on called AS)

Edit - Paste as new animation

Go back to PSP

Undo the two last commands (3 commands For earlier versions then PSP12)

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex2 - Constellation - same settings but change the Random seed to 9486

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 1 - 2 - 40 - 20 - #000000

Edit - Copy Special - Copy merged (only available from PSP 12 and higher, otherwise merge visible - Edit Copy)

 

20.

Go to AS

Edit - Paste after current frame

Go back to PSP

Undo the two last commands (3 commands For earlier versions then PSP12)

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex2 - Constellation - same settings but change the Random seed to 6179

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 1 - 2 - 40 - 20 - #000000

Edit - Copy Special - Copy merged (only available from PSP 12 and higher, otherwise merge visible - Edit Copy)

 

21.

Go to AS

Edit - Paste after current frame

Edit - Select all

 

22.

Open "flocon.gif" in AS

Edit - Select all

Edit - Copy

Go to the 3 frames

Edit - Select all

On your work - Click with your Right mouse button in the first frame  - Paste into selected frame

The animation is now "hanging on your mouse now

click with your left mouse button on the spot where you want it , the animation is now pasted in all frames

In this we want it here:

Edit - View animation

Optional: Animation - Resize Annimation - 600 px

Save as Gif file and your done!
