Preparations:

Foregroundcolor: #ffffff

Backgroundcolor: #F2935C

This translation is written with PSP13 but can also be made with earlier PSP versions.

01.

Open "lee text 075" - Window - Duplicate - Close the original

On the Copy - Layers - Duplicate

Layer Palette - Set the layer opacity of this layer to Multiply

Layers - Merge - Merge All

Effects - Plugins - Penta.Com - Color Dot - Default

 

Layers - Duplicate

Layer Palette - Set the layer opacity of this layer to Multiply and the Layer Opacity to 50

Adjust - Color Balance - click on the little black arrow after "last used" and on the preset:

with these settings:

 

02.

Open "SKF_Eyes208.07" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image

Move to the right like this:

Layer palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Soft Light"

Adjust - Color Balance - same settings as before

 

03.

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror

Layer - Palette - Set the Blend Mode to Hard Light

Move like this:

Layer Palette -  set the  layer opacity to 50

 

04.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Lock your backgroundcolor

Preset shapes tool:Rectangle

Make a rectangle shape, at the eye of the left tube like this:

Image - Free Rotate - Free - 5px - Right

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 1

 

05.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Preset shapes tool:Rectangle - same settings:

Make a square shape like this:

Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave:

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 1

 

06.

Unlock the backgroundcolor

Swap the materials ( foregroundcolor is now #F2935C)

Lock the backgroundcolor

Layers - New Raster Layer

Pen Tool - Point to point

Draw a rectangle like this, let the lines overlap:

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 1

 

07.

Open "Grafitti Text" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image

Move to the right bottom corner:

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Overlay"

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 1

 

08.

Layer - Palette

Click on the background layer

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize - 23 - 50

 

09.

Layers - Merge - Merge All

Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and your done!
