This is a technical
lesson, we are going
to work with
Adjustment Layers. An
interesting method to
adjust colors, color
tones and lights
endlessly to fit the
color of your tube.
Copy the 20/20 mask
to the mask folder
of PSP. Open the
other masks in PSP.
Double click on the
font to open it and
minimize on your
tray, you can use it
in PSP this way
without installing.
In this tutorial we
are making the
background,
Tube free of choice.

Open a new transparent image of 750
x 550px
Fill with your foregroundcolor.
Open TCO_DSF_NoRoomforGrey_paper2
- Edit - Copy
Layers - New Raster layer
Selections - Select all
Edit - Paste -Into Selection
Selections - Select None
Set the Blendmode of this layer to
Hard Light and the Layer Opacity to
50%

Fill with black
layers - New Mask Layer - From Image

Set your foregroundcolor to black
and lock the backgroundcolor.
Text tool - Font Freshbot - size 150
- create as vector - Stroke width 1
Type a Capital D
Layers - Convert to Raster Layer
Set the layer opacity to 70% , move
to the right bottom.
Now set the size of the font to 100

Hit the delete key of your keyboard

Now we get to the technical part!
Layers - New Asjustmentlayer - Color
Balance - Tab Adjustment - Midtones
Tab Adjustment: Highlichts ( same
screen but now check Highlights)
If you wish you could also play with
the shadows. You can change endlessly until you merge the
layers. This way you can adjust
layer for layer to fit your tube.
Just add your tube and double click
on the layer you wish to change

Brightness - Contrast

Channel Mixer
Uncheck Monochrome first

Choose a nice tube, copy and paste
as new layer.
If you are satisfied with your
colors: Layers - Merge - Merge all.
Add your name or watermark, save as
JPG and your done!
