Go to Animation Shop (From

Edit - Paste as new animation

Go back to PSP
Undo the two last commands

Edit - Copy
Go to AS
Edit - Paste after current frame
Edit - Select all
Animation - Frame properties - 8

Save as Gif File and your done!
