Materials

Plugins:

Filters Unlimited 2.0

Panopticum - Digitalizer

Toadies - Import in Filters Unlimited

VM Extravaganza - Import in Filters Unlimited

 

Preparations:

Copy the selection files to the selection folder of PSP

Copy the Preset_RasterDeform file to the Presets folder of PSP

Double click on the font (ttf) to open. Minimize to tray, you can use it now in PSP.

Note: If you are using PSP13 in combination with Windows 7 you need to copy the font to the Font folder of windows.

 

Used Colors

Foregroundcolor: #FF4D6D

Backgroundcolor: #FFFFFF

Other: #FF624E, #400040, #A00015, #F8390E, #E10238

This translation is written with PSP13 but can also be made with earlier PSP versions.

01.

Open a new transparent image of 900 x 600 px

Fill with the foregroundcolor

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Select all

Open Tube "Abstract032"  Copy and paste into the selection

Selections - Select None

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 23

Image - Mirror

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Soft Light"

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Luminance" and the Layer Opacity to 40

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

 

03.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selection Tool - Rectangle - Custom Selection: 

Fill with the backgroundcolor

Selections - Select None

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited -  Toadies - What are you?

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited -  Toadies - What are you?

 

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

 

04.

Layers - Duplicate

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited - VM Extra Vaganza - James Bondage:

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Multiply"

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

 

05.

Set your backgrondcolor to  #FF624E

Set your foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient - Style: Linear

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selection Tool - Rectangle - Custom Selection

Fill the selection with the gradient

Selections - Select None

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 88

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited - Toadies - *Sucking Toad* Bevel 1

 

06.

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror

Image - Resize - 84% - Resize all layers not checked

Effects - Distortion Effects - Warp

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - Benice 123.1

Hit the delete key of your keyboard

Selections - Select None

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Layers - Duplicate

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 23

Layers - Arrange - Move Down

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds - Color #400040

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Screen"

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited - Toadies - *Sucking Toad* Bevel 1

 

08.

Layers - Duplicate

Layer Palette - Lock the top layer

Layer Palette - Click on the Bottom layer

Effects - Geometric Effects - Skew

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 24

Image - Flip

Layer Palette - UnLock the top layer and make it active

Effects - Geometric Effects - Perspective Vertical

Hit the D key of your Keyboard - Preset - Benice vervormen L123

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 6 - 6 - 37 - 29 - #A00015

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - Minus 6 - Minus 6 - 37 - 29 - #A00015

 

09.

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Flip

Effects - Plugins - Panopticum - Digitalizer - First click on "Edit Charset"

Remove the TEXT OR NUMBERS and type "MYLENE" (or your own text) instead - change the font size to 8

Click on OK

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Layers - Arrange - Move Down

Your image should look like this now:

NOTE: I do not know why but not everybody can get the same result with this filter. If yours is not looking like above but do you have your text all over the image? This is the solution: Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - Benice 123.2 - Hit the delete key of your keyboard - Selections - Select none. Go further with the tut.

Layer Palette - Click on the top layer

Layers - New Raster layer

Selections - Select All

Open Tube "Starwalt_linearblends2_1" - Copy and paste into the selection.

Selections - Select None

Image - Mirror

Image - Negative Image

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 70

 

11.

Open Tube "Benice_element L123" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 50

 

12.

Open Tube "Fleur_mariek_fairymist" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move like this:

 

13.

Open Tube "Woman10_byQuerida080111" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Image - Resize - 65% - Resize all layers not checked

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Adjust - Brightness and Contrast - Brightness/Contrast

Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp Mask

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 6 - 6 - 37 - 29 - #F8390E

 

14.

Text Tool - Font Broadway BT - Size 36 - Units: Pixels Font Style: Bold - Stroke Width 0 - Create as: Vector

Set your backgroundcolor to #E10238 and type Myléne or your own text

Layers - Convert to Raster Layer

Move like this:

 

15.

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  5 px - #FFFFFF

Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and you're done!

Optional: 1px black border
