Preparations:

• Double Click on the Eye Candy Preset, it will be imported automatically

• Copy the selection files to the selection folder of PSP

• Copy the mask files to the mask folder of PSP

• Open the Brush in PSP and export as custom brush ( File - Export - Custom Brush)

 

Used Colors

Foregroundcolor: #71b2c8

Backgroundcolor: #ffffff

This translation is written with PSP13 but can also be made with other PSP versions.

01.

Open a new transparent image of 750 x 500 px

Set your foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) - Style: Sunburst

Fill your image with the gradient.

Layers - Duplicate

Effects - Plugins  - Flaming Pear - Flexify 2.

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling.

Effects - Distortion Effects - Polar Coordinates.

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling.

 

02.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Fill with the backgroundcolor

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disc -"Astrid masker 79".

Layers - Merge - Merge Group..

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation.

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling.

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

It looks like this now

 

 

03.

Layers - Duplicate

Layer Palette - Lock the top layer and click on the bottom layer

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited - VM Stylize - Square Blur.

 

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance - Repeat Once

Layers - Duplicate

Rename this layer to `Floor`

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds - Color #ffffff

Effects - Plugins - Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.

 

 

05.

Pen Tool - Mode: Draw Lines and Poly Lines - Create as Vector checked - Linestyle Solid - Width 4

Draw a line from left to right with the foreground gradient like this

 

Layers - Convert to Raster Layer

Your layer pallete looks like this now

 

06.

Layer Palette - Click on the Bottom layer.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Fill with the backgroundcolor

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disc - "Astrid masker 79a" - Same settings as before

Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 50

 

07.

Layer Palette - Click on the top layer and make it visible again.

Layers - New Raster Layer.

Selections - Select all.

Fill with the backgroundcolor

Selections - Modify - Contract - 10 px

Hit the delete key of your keyboard.

Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Image - Resize - 50% - Resize all layers not checked

Effects - Image Effects - Offset.

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen - Repeat once
 

 

08.

Layers - New Raster Layer.

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - "Astrid selectie 79"

Fill the selection with the backgroundcolor

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disc -"Astrid masker 79b".

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Selections - Select none.

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Luminance"

 

09.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Paint Brush Tool   - "Astrid penseel 79" - Size: 289 - Step: 32 - Density: 100 - Rotation: 0 - Opacity: 100 - Blend Mode: Normal - Continuous checked - Wet paint Unchecked

Stamp with the backgroundcolor ( right mouse click) like this

 

10.

Open Tube "Astrid Pijl 79" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move like this

Layer Palette - Click on the third layer from the bottom - The floor layer

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - "Astrid selectie 79a" - Same settings as before

Effects  Plugins - - VanDerLee - Snowflakes.

Selections - Select none.

Layer Palette - Click on the top layer.

Open Text Tube "Astrid tekst 79" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move like this

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Perspective Shadow -  Settings Tab: Preset Astrid Shadow 79

Open Tube "MR_Glamour Trio" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Image - Resize - 60% - Resize all layers not checked

Move like this

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 0 - 0 - 50 - 50 - #ffffff

 

14.

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  2 px - Foregroundcolor

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  25 px -Backgroundcolor

Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and you're done!
