Preparations:

  • Copy the selection files to the selection folder of PSP

  • Double click on the font (ttf) to open. Minimize to tray, you can use it now in PSP. Note: If you are using PSP13 in combination with Windows 7 you need to copy the font to the Font folder of windows.

  • For PSP 10 and lower versions: Copy the linestyle (Corel_13_017) to the Styled Lines folder of PSP

 

Used Colors

Foregroundcolor: #d6d5da

Backgroundcolor:  #30393e

Other: #ffffff

This translation is written with PSP13 but can also be made with other PSP versions.

Open a new transparent image of 900 x 600 px

Fill with the backgroundcolor #30393e

 

Layers - New Raster Layer

Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Wavy Lab

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 15

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 50

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - @qua_fig101

Selections - Promote selection to layer

Selections - Select None

Effects - Plugins  - Filters Unlimited - Andrew's Filter 51 - Straight Lines 234

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Overlay"

 

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - @qua_fig109 - Same settings as before

Hit the delete key of your keyboard

Layer - New Raster Layer

Floodfill tool - Set the opacity to 50 and Fill the selection with the foregroundcolor.

Selections - Select None

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 50

Layer Palette - Click on the second layer from the top

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 3 - 3 - 15 - 10 - #000000

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - Minus 3 - Minus 3 - 15 - 10 - #000000

 

Layer Palette - Click on the top layer

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - @qua_fig108 - Same settings as before

Floodfill tool - with the opacity stil to 50 and Fill the selection with #ffffff

Selections - Select None

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 50

Selections - Select None

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Overlay" and the Layer Opacity to 50

Move to the right like this

Set the opacaty of the floodfill back to 100

 

Layers - New Raster Layer

Pen Tool - Mode: Draw Lines and Poly Lines - Create as Vector checked - Linestyle Dash Dot Dot (Corel_13_017) - Width 3

Set your foregroundcolor to #ffffff, hold down your shift key and draw short horizontal and vertical lines, like this

Layers - Convert to Raster Layer

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 3 - 3 - 20 - 5 - #000000

Move like this

 

Open Tube "PaulinaDesign-WomanGlamour-2011[1]" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 25

Move to the left like this

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen more

 

Open Tube "@LadyCrea533" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Move to the right like this

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 10 - 10 - 45 - 30 - #000000

 

Text Tool Font Love - Size 72 - Units: Pixels - Stroke Width 0 - Create as: Vector

Set your backgroundcolor to #ffffff and write Jessy or a text of your won

Layers - Convert to Raster Layer

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen more

Effects  3D Effects - Dropshadow - 4 - 4 - 15 - 5 - #000000

Move like this

 

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  2 px - #ffffff

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  35 px - #30393e

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  2 px - #ffffff

Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and you're done!

 

Optional - I added a 1 px #30393e border
