will turn red!)
Mover tool ( M-Keyboard) - Move onto the
other frame like this:

Edit - Paste as new layer ( your image is still in your
PSP memory)
Move the mouth into the selection
Selections - Invert
Hit the delete key of your keyboard
Selections - Select
None
Layers - Arrange - Move Down - Repeat once

new layer on your image.
No need to move
Open Wordart "ASDwebs_Wordart_Vision_#02" - Copy and paste as
new layer on your image.
Effects - Image Effects - Offset
Go back to copy of the transparant
tube "Mtm_transparante_tubbe91"
( the one you resized)
Undo the last
3 commands
( or Ctrl /Z - twice)
It should be
transparent again.
Edit Copy
Return to your work image
Edit - Paste as new layer
Effects - Image Effects - Offset
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode
of this layer to "Luminance
(Legacy)" and the Layer
Opacity to 65
Layers - Merge - Merge all
Image - Add Borders - Symmetric - 50 px - #ffffff
