Preparations:

Copy the selection files to the selection folder of PSP

Open the mask files in PSP and minimize to tray

Double Click on the Eye Candy Presets, they will be imported automatically

 

Used Colors

Foregroundcolor: #171717

Backgroundcolor: #ffffff

Other:  #ead8c2, #555555 

This tutorial is written with PSP13 but can also be made with earlier PSP versions.

01.

Open a new transparent image of 750 x 550 px

Fill with #171717

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Natural - Acid Rain

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 8

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance more

 

02.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Fill with #ffffff

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - Narah_mask_Abstract86

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode of this layer to "Soft Light " and the Layer Opacity to 66

 

03.

Layers - Duplicate

Layer Palette - Click on the original Mask layer

Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique

Layer Palette - Click on the top layer

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

 

04.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - ASDwebs_Sel_#134

Fill with #ffffff

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited - Two moon - FadeSpot (If you are using different colours, play with the settings for a matching colour effect )

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Glass -  Settings Tab: Click on Factory Default and next on preset ASDwebs_Glass_8

Selections - Select None

 

05.

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Resize - 45% - Resize all layers not checked

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Resize - 45% - Resize all layers not checked

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Layers - Merge - Merge Down - Repeat once

 

06.

Open Tube "ASDwebs_Ellement_2259" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - ASDwebs_Sel_#135 - Same settings ase before

Fill with #ead8c2

Selections - Select none

Layer Palette - Set the Layer Opacity of this layer to 95

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Perspective Shadow -  Settings Tab: Preset ASDwebs_Shadow_#007 ( if you are using different colors click then on the Basic tab and change the Shadow color for a color from your tube)

 

 

08.

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - ASDwebs_Sel_#136 - Same settings ase before

Fill the selection with #ffffff

Keep selected

 

09.

Layers - New Raster layer

Fill the selection with #555555

Selections - Select None

 

10.

Layer Palette - Click on the second layer from the top

Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load selection from disc - ASDwebs_Sel_#137 - Same settings ase before

Hit the delete key of your keyboard

Selections - Select None

Layer Palette - Click on the top layer

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds - Colour #ffffff

Open Tube "Grace's_TLC_CherryBaby" - Copy and paste as new layer on your image.

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  2 px - #ead8c2

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric -  35 px - #171717

Magic Wand Tool - Mode: Shift/Add - Tolerance 0 - Contiguous checked - Anti Alias Checked -  Click in the last border

Layers - New Raster Layer

'Fill with #555555

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - Narah_mask_Abstract86

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Selections - Select None
