Copy the Selection files to the selection folder of PSP
Double Click on the Eye Candy Preset,
it will be imported automatically

Layers - New Raster Layer
Fill with the Backgroundcolor
Open mask "mask-playboy"
- Minimize to tray

Edit - Paste as new animation

Open "Silver3franimation" in AS
This animations has 3 frames.
Edit - Select All
Edit - Copy

On your image - This has one frame
and in order to work the glitter
animation you need to add the
same amount of frames.
Edit - Duplicate selected - Repeat
once
Your image has also 3 frames now.
Edit - Select all
Click with your right
mousebutton somewhere in the first
frame, the animation you have copied
before "hangs" now on your mouse
Go to the champagne bottle and click
there with your left mouse button ,
the animation will now be added in
all your 3 frames.
Now do the same above the glasses
and in the left cornerflower.

Open "ASDwebs_SparkleFrame_Carneval"
Edit - Select All
Edit - Copy
On your image:
Click with your right
mousebutton somewhere in the first
frame, the animation you have copied
before "hangs" now on your mouse
Paste the frame in the textured
border:

Animation - Frame properties - Set
the display time to 25
Save as a Gif file and your done!!
