new transparent image of 750 x 550 px
Selections - Select all
Open Tube "ASDwebs_African_1" Copy and
paste into the selection
Selections - Select None
Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur

Layers - Duplicate
Image - Mirror
Image - Flip
Effects - Plugins -
VM Toolbox - Dither
Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode
of this layer to 50 and the Layer
Opacity to Soft Light

Layers - New Raster Layer
Selections - Select all
Open Graphic "ASDwebs_African_5" Copy and
paste into the selection
Selections - Select None
Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode
of this layer to 40 and the Layer
Opacity to Soft Light
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen More

Open Tube "ASDwebs_African_4" - Copy and paste as new layer on your
image.
Move to the left bottom:
Layer Palette - Set the Blend Mode
of this layer to "Soft Light"

Fill with the foregroundcolor

- Minimize to tray
On your image :Layers - New Mask
