    Preparations:

    • Install Jasc Animation Shop
    • Open all files in PSP

    From PSP 14, 15 AND 16 there is no option for Image - Mirror & Image -  Flip There is a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image covers the whole image from side to side There is a easy way to add the old Mirror and Flip options to the Image Menu I have written a tutorial you can find it HERE. From PSP 17 the option is back

    Note: When working with your own colors, play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion

    • Set your Foregroundcolor to #ffffff

    • Set your Backgroundcolor to #8488b8

    Color Palette: Set your Foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) - Style: Sunburst

    Open a new transparent image of 900 x 600 px

    Fill with the Gradient

    Layers - New Raster Layer

    Selections - Select All

    Open Tube "Grace's_TLC_ShatteredDreams"

    Edit - Copy

    Edit - Paste - Paste Into Selection

    Selections - Select None

    Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling



    Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur



    Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Sorting Tiles



    Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 AFS Import - sqborder2



    Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling



    Image - Mirror - Mirror Vertical (Image Flip in earlier versions of PSP)

    Layers - New Raster Layer

    Selection Tool - Custom Selection



    Fill with the Backgroundcolor

    Selections - Select None

    Effects - Plugins - VanDerLee - Unplugged X - Defocus - Default Settings



    Layer Palette: Change the Blend Mode of this Layer to Screen

    Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave



    Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

    Edit - Copy

    Edit - Paste - Paste As New Layer

    Edit - Copy

    Edit - Paste - Paste As New Layer

    Image - Resize - 90% - Resize All Layers unchecked

    No need to move

    Edit - Paste - Paste As New Layer

    Colorize if you use different colors

    Move to the Top Left Corner like this:



    Layers - New Raster Layer

    Add your name or watermark here.

    Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked - 1px - Backgroundcolor

    Open Tube "tekst_grace"

    Edit - Copy

    Edit - Paste - Paste As New Layer

    Move the text into place like this:


     

    Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 5 - Perspective Shadow

    If you do not want to animate your tag save as JPG file and you're done!

    Edit - Paste - Paste As New Animation

    Go back to PSP

    Edit - Undo - HSB Noise

    Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - HSB Noise click on Random Seed once

    Edit - Copy Special - Copy Merged

    Edit - Paste - Paste After Current Frame

    Go back to PSP

    Edit - Undo - HSB Noise

    Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - HSB Noise click on Random Seed once

    Edit - Copy Special - Copy Merged

    Edit - Paste - Paste After Current Frame

    Animation - Resize Animation



    File - Save - Save Animation

    Name your work and choose where to save it

    Click Next on the three option boxes that pop up
