** Import into Filters Unlimited

 

Preparations:

  • Double click on the Dingbat font (ttf) to open. Minimize to tray, you can use it now in PSP. Note: If you are using PSP13 or higher in combination with Windows 7 or 8 you need to install the font to the Font folder of Windows ( Double click on the Font, click on Install)
  • Copy the Selection to the Selections folder of PSP
  • Double Click on the Eye Candy Preset, it will be imported automatically

From PSP 14, 15 AND 16 there is no option for Image - Mirror & Image -  Flip There is a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image covers the whole image from side to side There is a easy way to add the old Mirror and Flip options to the Image Menu I have written a tutorial you can find it HERE. From PSP 17 the option is back

  • Set your Foregroundcolor to #b4c0cd

  • Set your Backgroundcolor to #4a7b94

Open a new transparent image of 800 x 550 px
 
Fill with the Gradient
 
Effects - Plugins - pspforum - Nicole's blokken
 
 
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
 
Effects - Plugins - <I.C.NET Software>  Filters Unlimited - &Bkg Kaleidoscope> - 4Q Flip ZBottomL

Image - Free Rotate - Right checked - 90

Image - Resize - 85% - Resize all Layers not checked

Effects - Reflection Effects - Rotating Mirror

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling

Layer Palette - Double click on this Layer and set the Blend Mode to "Color"

Effects - Geometric Effects - Skew 

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling - Preset Shutter Diagonal

Layer Palette - Double click on this Layer and set the Blend Mode to "Burn"

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Fill the Selection with the Backgroundcolor (Right Mouse Click)

Selections - Modify - Contract - 7 px

Fill the Selection with the Gradient

Effects - Plugins - pspforum - Nicole's blokken

Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance More

Selections - Select None

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Perspective Shadow -  Settings Tab: Preset "Blurry10"

Edit - Copy

On your work image:  Edit - Paste As New Layer

Image - Resize - 95% - Resize all Layers not checked

Image - Mirror - Mirror Horizontal ( Image - Mirror in previous PSP Versions)

Move to the Right like this:

Effects - 3D Effects - Dropshadow - Color #000000 - Uncheck shadow on new layer!!!
