This translation is written with PSP15 but can also be made with other PSP versions.

  • AP [Lines] - Lines - Silverlining

  •  BorderMania - Frame 2

** Import into Filters Unlimited

 

Preparations:

  • Copy the Selection files to the Selections folder of PSP

  • Open the Mask in PSP and minimize to tray

From PSP 14 and higher versions there is no option for Image - Mirror & Image -  Flip There is a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image covers the whole image from side to side There is a easy way to add the old Mirror and Flip options to the Image Menu I have written a tutorial you can find it HERE

Note: When working with your own colors, play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion

  • Set your Foregroundcolor to #7e3648

  • Set your Backgroundcolor to #ffffff

Color Palette: Set your Foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) - Style: Sunburst

Open a new transparent image of 900 x 550 px

Fill with the Gradient

Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Cloud

Layers - New Raster Layer

Fill with the Backgroundcolor (Right Mouse Click)

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - Narah-mask_0554

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selection Tool - Rectangle   - Custom Selection:    

Fill The Selection with the Gradient

Selections - Select None

Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave

Effects  3D Effects - DropShadow - Color: #000000

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Disk - Selectie-MB-les-160-a

Fill The Selection with the Backgroundcolor

Selections - Select None

Layer Palette - Double click on this Layer and set the Layer Opacity of this Layer to 50

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Effects  3D Effects - DropShadow - Foregroundcolor

Color Palette: Change the Backgroundcolor to #c9b0b5

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Disk - selectie-MB-les-160-b

Fill the Selection with the Backgroundcolor

Selections - Select None

Effects - Plugins - AP [Lines] - Lines - Silverlining

Effects  3D Effects - DropShadow - Color: #000000

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Color Palette: Set the Foreground Gradient back to Color

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selection Tool - Rectangle   - Custom Selection:

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 px

Fill The Selection with the Backgroundcolor

 

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 px

Fill The Selection with the Foregroundcolor

 

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 px

Fill The Selection with the Backgroundcolor

 

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 px

Selections - Select None

Effects - Plugins - <I.C.NET Software> - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Simple - 4Way Average

Note: Use this filter through Filters Unlimited otherwise the result will be different.

Layer Palette - Double click on this Layer and set the Blend Mode to "Multiply"

Layers - Duplicate

Layer Palette - Double click on this Layer and set the Blend Mode to "Soft Light"

Image - Resize  - 80% - Resize all Layers not checked

Layer Palette - Double click on this Layer and set the Blend Mode to "Normal"

Image - Resize  - 80% - Resize all Layers not checked

Layer Palette - Double click on this Layer and set the Blend Mode to "Multiply"

Edit - Copy

On your work image:  Edit - Paste as New Layer

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Selections - Select All

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked  - 50 px - Color Backgroundcolor

Effects  3D Effects - DropShadow - Color: #000000

Selections - Select None

Effects - Plugins - BorderMania - Frame 2

Image - Resize - Width 950 px  - Resize all Layers checked

Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and you're done!
