Preparations:

In PSP 14 & 15 there is no option for Image - Mirror & Image - Flip. There is
a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image
covers the whole image from side to side. Therefore I
have created a solution: Download two PSP scripts
HERE. Copy the Scripts to the
Scripts Restricted Folder of PSP. You can use it as a script in PSP 14 &
15 as a replacement for the Image/Mirror/Flip options.
Make sure you have
opened the Scripts
Toolbar in PSP.

Double Click on the Eye Candy Preset,
it will be imported automatically
-
Open the Brushes in PSP and export
them as custom brush ( File -
Export - Custom Brush) NOTE: In some versions
you may need to resize the brush first (smaller) to get it exported.

Window - Duplicate (or shift+D) -
Close the original
and proceed on the copy

Edit - Copy ( the
selected background!!)
On your work image
- Edit - Paste Into
