From PSP 14, 15 AND 16 there is no option for Image - Mirror & Image -  Flip There is a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image covers the whole image from side to side There is a easy way to add the old Mirror and Flip options to the Image Menu I have written a tutorial you can find it HERE. From PSP 17 the option is back

NOTE: If you use your own images or tubes, make them the same size!!!

The Tutorial:

  1. File - New - New image and choose the foreground gradient

  2. Edit - Copy
  3. Edit - Paste as new layer on your working area
  4. Effects - Image Effects - Seamless tiling:

  5. Effects - Distortion Effects - polar coordinates Polar to rectangular checked
  6. Activate Layer palette: Blend mode: Soft light; Opacity:100%
  7. Layers - Merge - Merge all layers (flatten)
  8. Effects - Plugins - Mirror Rave - Quadrant Flip:

  9. Effects - texture Effects - texture and select my file in the list @nn_260812_TXT_092_tdstudio:

    TIP: if necessary, if you use other colors; decrease depth

  11. Image - Resize 50% - Resize All layers NOT checked

    Attention: color determinative filter, works on FG color & BG color

  33. Edit - Paste as new layer on your working area and move to the left

    Resize if you use a different image!

    This is the result:
    Tip: if you work with other colors, go to tab Lighting and change both colors in filter EC 5 Impact
