Your foreground color = black, your background color = #3a4563 1
Change your foreground color into Foreground/background gradient with these settings

Feel free to change the opacity and blend mode from the layers if you work with different colors. You can colorize if necessary

  1. File - New - New Image
    Click right and choose the gradient.
